Bed
Green Grove Country House offers three ground-floor rooms, two first-floor rooms, and a self-contained cottage. All bedrooms feature high ceilings and are elegantly furnished with solid wooden furniture and premium soft furnishings. Each bed is fitted with a high-quality pocket-sprung mattress, while calico pillows ensure a restful night’s sleep. The three ground-floor rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with a central glass door opening onto the patio, offering stunning views of the Yorkshire Dales. Two of these rooms also showcase exposed oak trusses and natural stone. For added privacy, voile curtains can be adjusted to match your mood. The two first-floor rooms offer something extra special, each with a beautifully designed en-suite shower room and picturesque views of the River Aire. The Swaledale Suite, introduced in 2016, includes all the usual amenities along with a private sitting area—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. Our latest addition, Ash Cottage, is a fully equipped, standalone retreat, providing the perfect evening hideaway. In 2025, we expanded once again, adding a new seating area complete with a hot tub, available as part of a stay in the Malhamdale Suite.
Breakfast
Cooked in our Aga breakfast is served between 8.00am and 9.00am, earlier breakfast can be arranged by prior agreement. Both continental and full English breakfasts are available and we can also provide a gluten free breakfast. If you have any other special dietary requirements we will be happy to cater for your needs, please let us know when you book. All meat is locally sourced from the butchers in Skipton. Breakfast can be served in the charismatic breakfast room, or on your patio (weather permitting).
